We detail herein the in vitro micropropagation of Bromelia balansae Mez. In this regard, we investigated germination and action growth regulators inducing callogenesis. Furthermore, thoroughly influence light intensity on plant as well production secondary metabolites. The rate B. seeds was 94.95% developed seedlings were uniform. It possible to observe that amount callus formed per explant influenced by concentrations combinations distinct regulators. it variations concentration total phenolic compounds flavonoids extracts plants cultivated under different intensities. Therefore, study showcases effect conditions morphology chemical constitution grown balansae.
